I've had great experiences here. The manager is awesome too. It's not perfect but if anything is wrong they don't have any problem fixing it. Make sure you let the manager know.

Some of the servers here must really dislike their jobs... One spent our whole visit talking with another table about where else they could find a better paying job. food was good though

I came during the Saturday breakfast rush & got a table in minutes . Our server, Joey, was awesome. Don't let all the negative reviews influence you. I had a good experience.

Even if you usually stick to the classic sweet breakfast , try the savory chicken florentine crepe sometime. It's flavorful and filling, especially with extra cheese !

The bacon , sausage , and harvest grain pancakes are my favorite. These pancakes stick to your ribs .

Ana is the best, fast service with a smile; she speaks both English and Spanish fluently! Very satisfied with the service and the garden omelette is good!

Watch the coffee pots. Nice 2 have your own on the table, but ours fell on floor before server filled it. She took it & put it in the wait area. Next thing you know, it's on its way 2 another table!

I think the Nikki everyone was complaining about is the one that quit in the middle of serving us last year sometime. Just saying. Hehe

This brand new IHOP in Northwest corner of Columbus (between Worthington & Dublin) just northeast of I-270 & Sawmill Rd is nicest I've seen.

Totally got the "honey " waitress , so annoying! Need more cheesecake in the NY strawberry cheesecake pancake . The carrot cake are unbelievably good Hon!

Worse costumer service, our waiter was douche bag. I order viva la French toast and I got just French toast with no powder sugar , and hash-browns with cheese and they put a slice of cheese on top.

Food is decent. Customer service could improve. House is packed on weekends. I wouldn't recommend a weekend breakfast here. I figure the best time for the best results would be weekday late lunch .

1st mistake was coming on a weekend. We waited 10 minutes for a table but then waited 20 mins for waitress then another 40 mins for drinks & food It also sounded like a preschool . Won't ever come back

so many awesome omelettes on the menu now. They may have to rename this place IHOO -- "International House Of Omelettes .

Never get the chicken noodle soup ! it's almost $4 and had one small pice of chicken , 5 noodles and about a cup of broth. Total ripoff! You are better off getting a can of Campbell's soup for $2

The wait staff isn't very friendly to those getting carry-out. This has happened more than once to me. They chick that greeted me seemed really affected. Maybe they think I won't leave a tip?

No Belgian waffle on the kid's menu, but still a good selection. My kiddo will just eat like an adult here :)

Worst service EVER. Waited 10 minutes just to get a menu, then walked out. Whoever "manages" that place is damaging whatever is left of the IHOP brand.

Huge omelettes . Big enough for two meals.

Food is decent buy not out of this world to wait 30 mins for when the place was not busy at all. Our waitress was pretty cool and did a good job and the place was clean . 6 out of 10.

Amanda is the best server! She's very nice and remembers you!

Lots of options for kids, free WiFi . The breakfast items are good the rest is just OK.

3.99 weekday pancake combos. . Open 24 hours Friday and Saturday.

There are 2 Nikki 's who work here. Me and another one . I just wanna say that I saw a tip saying Nikki sucks ask for Anthony . That tip was written before I started working here. So I do not suck. Lol.

DON'T COME HERE. They seat you, take your order, give you the wrong drinks and then NEVER come back to check on you or bring your food. God awful.

NEVER AGAIN will I come during normal ppl hours (before 2am or after 7am). It took what felt like a THOUSAND summers to get our food. Server Angela was sweet tho!

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Head to Nancy's home cooking in Clintonville. Double the quality, double to food, half the price. This place seriously sucks.

Just read the tips. Dublin snobs need to chill the muck out. It's Ihop, not Molly Woo's. Been here thrice, never got the "honey waitress " or bad service. Food was great for a fast food bkfast place.

Ps, it's ihop if you want someone to say bye when you leave go to olive garden...they make people work here...they're busy
