If you came late but still want to drink and eat something or if you have a early morning flight but still want to to chill out just sit in the lobby and bar drink what you want with reasonable price
Good location, near public transport and city centre by walking 15 minutes. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet is good but not incredible. Rooms comfortable . Good price.
I had a tiny little room for 100€ a night, rich breakfast , a bit noisy and wobbly at times WiFi . Great location 11 minutes walk to main train station .
Rooms tend to be quite narrow for two. Quiet , depending on which side you are located. Reachable city centre even on foot. Uncommon entrance. Friendly staff .

If you are in rooms 262 to 292 or 162 to 198, aka the green part, you're lucky to have a renovated room and it's very nice. If not, then it's a really terrible experience. Breakfast < Autogrill

Toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water and flask to boil hot water not provided in room. Breakfast buffet not necessary. So many good cafes around for ur breakfast

Overrated. Good location for both walking and using public transport . The staff couldnt be slower even if you ask them to. Wi Fi working all around with drops from time to time.

Free WIFI . Deceivingly modern lobby, given rooms are so old. Bed is uncomfortable. Our shower was so bad the water may as well have been gravity fed. Skip the breakfast ; it's cheap but not worth it.

The hotel is rather big, thus the service is a bit impersonal, very strange wi-fi connection, with rather annoying log-in process, but, all in all, a nice place and the location is just perfect!

Camere piccole ma funzionali, letti comodi e puliti, colazione abbondante. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale, è vicino a tram e stazione metro . Subito fuori dall'hotel c'è parcheggio taxi
Excelente hotel , WiFi muito bom e no hotel inteiro!! Só achei um pouco frio nos corredores do quarto, então se você vir no frio já saia do quarto agasalhado!!

diversi servizi sono di qualità inferiore rispetto al prezzo delle stanze, e ho visto buffet-colazione più allettanti... la posizione in compenso è comoda e il wifi gratuito . fate voi...

Não é a primeira vez que venho a este hotel,exatamente a 3a vez,e sempre acho que as pessoas que nos atendem vão melhorar o humor,serem mais educadas mas,ledo ingano,são de uma grosseria a toda prova.
Otelin konumu iyi,kahvaltı fena değil, WiFi gayet iyi, odalar küçük , havlular ve duş çok temiz sayılmaz, odalarda terlik yok hatta not almak için kalem bile yok.
Türkiyedekiler için kötü olduğunu duydum ama milanodaki oldukça rahat bir yerdi. Pratik yerleşimi vardı ve çok rahat ettim :))
