This place is awesome. Best real japanese sushi from real japanese staff (super friendly ). Try some of the chef 's specials or indulge in the amazing sashimi ... the place is not fancy , but who cares!
sushi sashimi baby octopus eel in broth with egg ... everything! finally a great value amazing Japanese restaurant ! ????????????????????????
Haven't eaten here for close to 10 years. Nice lunch sets & very friendly staff but rice in sushi was way over cooked to the point of mushy.
Very authentic Japanese food in a friendly and warm atmosphere mostly frequented by locals
The venue itself is not spectacular, but the food is always well-done. The black cod is just as good as other fancier restaurants .
Feels like I'm back in Japan... Excellent value, will return again and again.
So much food for the price! Lunch sets are worth it, but come hungry.
Authentic and well established
Hidden away, excellent food and decent value for the location.
Spicy scallop roll and salmon skin . You won’t regret it
Solid basic japanese. Makes me feel like I'm back in Tokyo. Not flash or fusion just good.
Great family run restaurant . Fresh sushi . Great soups .
In a fan of their chirashi zushi bowl. Great fresh sushi on perfect rice
An excellent traditional Japanese restaurant . Not so popular with the in-croud, you can see why, the decor is old. But popular with Japanese business people for it's food.....well that says it all.
Lunch sets are decent. I like this place more than all the other Japanese restaurants around Baker St.
Shockingly inexpensive sushi !
Food is good, interior could be better for that location.
Excellent and reasonable lunch
Aesthetic Japanese food !
Tempura , sushi
Get the chirashi bowl. Amazing
One of the best authentic home-style japanese place
Amex not welcome here
Sashimi is second to none! Chef is hilarious and friendly. Get the sashimi boat if you are hungry. - Matt Barber
Fun bbq experience for a group. Huge menu and the Kintan set menu was a good deal - we were very full after! - Jessi @2feet1world
