Run! Go to tiger direct instead, the old comp USA. They are awesome & know there stuff. As for best buy they sold me a laptop that didn't work & gave me a headache w there lack of customer service.

Definitely not my favorite Best Buy location in Central FL. Poor selection of its and employees are often times rude and have no idea about sales and specials. Take your money elsewhere.

So many employees offering to help, and yet no one is actually helpful/knowledgable. Rude, and generally seem to be making up answers as I ask questions. Too much corporate attitude for my taste.
