A must see when in Brooklyn, a classic beautiful carrousel with incredible views to Manhattan. Only $2 for a ticket, well worth it for a lovely experience

the horses with the cranks on top go up and down. there are also two chariots if your toddler is uneasy about riding up on the horse.

Jane's Carousel was built in 1899 & was original installed at Idora Park , Ohio. The carousel was bought by a Brooklyn couple, who restored it in 2011 for our enjoyment. Only $2 a ride.

In 2009 Jane had agreed to donate her restored carousel , along with a pavilion and $3.45 million toward landscaping to the Brooklyn Bridge Park . WOW what an awesome lady!! Idora Park lives on!!

Formerly at Idora Park near Canfield Road , Youngstown, Ohio. It took roughly 20 years to restore this carousel by hand! Don't miss taking a ride on this beautifully restored piece of American history.

Even the most seasoned Manhattan Bridge commuters will vouch for its awe-factor. The oversized carnival ride doubles as a feel-like-a-kid-again landmark and a truly unique Brooklyn draw.

It's a magical little place in the middle of a beautiful park and overlooking the concrete jungle!
