Take your Swiss Army knife off your keychain and leave it at home. They won't let you inside the building with it. Also wear shoes that are easy to take off.
Appointment required. Also, don't be fooled into thinking you're appointment will happen at the scheduled time. Give yourself at least an hour after your appointment before you're even called on.
Passport photos available along with warm food and drinks in a deli , that's inside the lobby.
Depending on your issue, you may have a very long wait . There is no WiFi and little seating. The cafe downstairs is a good place to wait.
Priority is given to families with babies, and security will provide access to a room for nursing mothers ????????
Have an 8am appointment and told to show up 20 minutes early? You’ll be waiting outside the building for those 20 minutes.

The office does take credit cards , checks, or money orders.
They now take all major credit cards.
