Standing super close to the person in front of you does not make the line move faster.

Get here before 8:30 or you will find yourself at the back of a 15 person line almost every time

Beware the long lines here, especially on the weekends

Convenient location! Good place to make an appointment... Very easy to find.. May need more seat!

The service here is great. Even when it's busy they get everything out fast.

I shouldn't be standing there for 10 minutes waiting for my simple iced coffee while 50 (not exaggerating) unclaimed mobile orders just sit there.

To everyone hating on the staff , you get the attitude you give. Friendly *Marriot* employees, with decent service.

You can use your Starbucks card here but don't expect to get any of your perks if you get free soy or syrups .

Slow as anything and they regularly get orders wrong. Not a real SB so you can use your app to pay but not recharge it and they won't honor your rewards. Unfortunately neither does they one in BN.

Made the mistake of getting a coffee here again. Unbelievable how rude these people are. Thankfully there's another Starbucks in Barnes and Noble and one near Westin.

Worst staff I have ever seen in a starbucks. One of the older male baristas in particular is rude as hell and couldn't care less. Not sbux environment at all
