Solid espresso and batch drip coffee . I haven't been impressed with their pour-over coffees . I miss AeroPress , but I realize it's difficult to brew in a cafe setting. I love the cushioned window seat .
Best coffee place in whole Back Bay . Beverage tips — 1: large iced coffee and a Sunrise Everything Bagel , or 2: muffins and a chai tea latte . Perfect place to just watch, study and relax.
The staff 's just so nice! You can totally ask them what's a certain type of coffee and they'll tell you right away! The variety of coffee drinks is great too!
The "Death Cream" is a misnomer, because it brought me back to life! Cold brew , house made vanilla syrup and cream!
"Good for Work/Study" - 2 Stars, "Food & Service" - 4 Stars. The place has limited seating and is always very busy. It is a challenge to find a good spot to seat. Good food selection.
The Fix breakfast sandwich is delicious!! Not your normal egg and cheese sandwich - they added a hint of spiciness !
One of the best places in Boston for a daily delicious breakfast , You can get a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee for all around $5
I'm impressed! I'm a San Francisco coffee snob and I think this is better than anything I've had at home. I ordered a cortado and enjoyed it very much.
Best coffee on Newbury St. Only place in the area that makes cafe cortado the way it should be done, try it as an alternative to an espresso , it's great!
Espresso is great, but don't forget about lunch options; beautiful and tasty salads and sandwiches .
My sandwich wasn't as divine as I had remembered them being back when this place was ERC, but the espresso is still TOP NOTCH.
vegan tequila sunrise - jalapeño tofu cc, tomato , tempeh bacon , & baked eggplant
Almond cappuccino and homemade granola . Skip added fruit of frozen berries for $1
Low key woodsy interior with a diverse selection of coffee and tea . Try the chai latte .
Pavement Coffeehouse has delicious bagels , coffee and a cozy atmosphere that makes doing homework less of a burden.
Great almond coffee and fresh bagels .
Spanish latte is pretty good, chai latte is super weak and bitter.
Great coffee (Counter Culture ). Also, Hipster Central on Newbury Street! If you're a guy, be sure to wear a knit hat.
Soy cappuccino made with care. Best in the back bay
Tequila sunrise if you're in the mood for a serious breakfast sandwich . Turkey club for just a good, all-around lunchtime sandwich .
You can never go wrong with a bagel and espresso here.
Their coffee is delicious. Try their vegan baked goods !
A bit disappointed in the wi-fi connection here. My hunt for a great place to post up to do work continues. My iced mocha is tasty though!
Lox bagel on an Everything is perfection.
Spanish Latte is sweetened with condensed milk . So therefore it's the best latte in the world.
fill up quickly with a good little buzz. great lattes
Try the spicy chix with lox substituted for the chicken . DELICIOUS. Though the spicy chix is also great on its own.
Better and cheaper than Starbucks. Please support your local, independent coffee shops .
One of the best places to grab a coffee in back bay .
Counter Culture coffee is great. A known quantity. Sunrise sandwich on everything bagel was too salty. Disappointed.
The sunrise bagel sandwich is a great way to start the day!
Great local coffee shop ! We come here EVERYTIME we visit Boston.
Ask for Kyle Boston, he is the man... Also the sunrise and iced Spanish are the way to go.
Wide variety of bagels and breakfast sandwiches .
Unusual but awesome: they have Mexican coke with real sugar. This + Turkey Avocado Club = slam bangin' awesome.
One of the best lattes in the world. Seriously. Get that!
Really great espresso
Great latte but not hot! Yummy chocolate croissant . No wifi or power outlets though! :( also owns Pavement Coffeehouse down the street FYI.
Get the Spanish latte--condensed milk makes it a little sweeter, and a swirled feather through the foam makes it divine.
Jalapeño tofu spread is the only way to start your 9-5. The Burundi blend coffee is the perfect companion. Do it, fool!
In love with the almond cappuccinos ????????????
Not apparent from the signage/outside, but they're brewing Counter Culture beans in here. Try to get here when it isn't slammed if you want a well-tended pour-over.
The Spanish Latte is Amazing!!
Terrific coffee . Try the Spanish Latte--not too sweet, and just beautiful.
Breakfast sandwich on 8 - Grain Bagel is very good.
10% off when you cycle to Pavement.
Espresso drinks were amazing
Awakening sandwich is delicious
If they weight the coffee that's usually a good sign.
Amazing cubano - you have to ask for it, it's not on the menu
The flan latte is not that great, I prefer the traditional latte best - Diana Olivares
2nd locale after Emerson. Front window seating; great newspapers under glass top tables. Scrumptious full baked goods and dessert menu. Superb coffee and espresso drinks. - Ulyee Foobar
Their orange tea was super good. Plus it doesn't get crowded and is perfect for studying. - Fernando VL
Lovely park in the centre of Boston. Go for a picnic in the summer. Dog-friendly ???? - Irina
Great new and used selections! Staff is also Friendly. Be sure to check out their gag gifts and comics area! - Cj Gardner
Fun and unique place in the heart of Boston. Sit down to a awesome menu of delicious breakfast foods. Recommend the corned beef hash. - Sofia Papastamelos
