This is the best Starbucks crew by far! No matter what time of day, they are always cheerful and friendly ! Anyone else who thinks otherwise is a grump! Try their clover Kona coffee iced! It's deelish!

" Work/Study Experience " - 2, "Food & Service"- 3. This Starbucks is busy most of time what makes it difficult to find a seat due to their limited space. The small space also makes it a little loud .

Construction was just finished last week and I personally really like it! The new flow of the line was confusing, but makes a lot more sense than the old! Baristas were really nice =)

This is my favorite Starbucks because they let me use my reusable cup for my ice coffee to cut down on plastic consumption :)

If you have a concern, address the manager and it will be taken care of. As for a real tip: try the clover coffee . Its the best cup of coffee you will ever taste.

Try an iced dark roast on the clover ! So strong, so delicious, and the same price as a regular drip when you get a venti!

By far one of the nicer Starbucks in the city . Seating isn't as cramped as Boylston and music is quieter as well .

peach green tea lemonade is back for the summer! hooray! the staff here is also very friendly .

the staff here is so nice!! also, the caramel ribbon crunch frappuchino is to die for.

The clover coffee makes a great personal cup of coffee and you get to wait in your own spot watching it being made.

Std Starbucks fair , but the morning staff is amazing! They are happy and pleasant and also very quick.

Only available during the Winter, but grab a 'Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate ', tastes almost like a chocolate covered pretzel !

The Caramel Apple Spice is absolutely amazing! They use extra "spice" at this location it seems.

Try a coffee from the Clover machine.

Both times I came the crew were great. Fast, accurate and efficient.

It's a Starbucks. But it's in the lobby of the hotel so if it's cold out you're fine.

Not enough seating. Filled with students and other people too cheap to get wifi at home. if you. Actually want to sit for ten minutes and enjoy your coffee , good luck. Try Trident nearby.

Try their passion fruit ice tea lemonade ! So fantastic!

Try their clover coffee machine . Its as cheap as regular coffee but made just for you. One of only 30 in the country !

This crew is by far the best. For the record, Bill K. Was kicked out of the store numerous times for hitting on female customers and baristas and making them feel uncomfortable. Suck it, bill.

Really nice baristas! Hit or miss wifi .

Be sure to ask for extra hot on the seasonal drinks -- they tend to run on the warm side.

The one on Boylston x Berkeley is MUCH faster.

Baristas are extremely slow at this Sbux.

The crew lacks organization and enthusiasm. At 7.45AM with no one in line and only 2 waiting for drinks, my Sbucks experience was 547 secs. That's not the experience Schultz touted in his book .

Buy one, share one holiday event thru Sunday 11/21 @ 2-5 pm!
