Executive Club room at the 24th floor of the South Tower has an amazing view of Singapore skyline from a private balcony . Those LeLabo stuff is one of the better smelling products I've had in a hotel .

First stay at the west wing, has a large bathroom and a walk in robe. Much prefer the North wing , different decor for a different experience. Credit goes to the friendly staff , always...

If you have time join their membership and you can use free internet :) Deluxe room has Bose entertaintment system which you will love!(AUX, CD and radio )

Look for the super friendly doorman by the door to Raffles City mall . He is the happiest man on the planet. Seriously!

The service is good (though no complimentary parking like many other hotels though). Great location and nice rooms (esp the newly renovated ones at the north wing )

Very nice hotel , really like the room size and facilities. Just not really enjoy the breakfast area set up like fast food restaurant and only one lady take care oh all customers

Get yourself Fairmont membership in order to get the wifi access for free when you're staying for the first time. But double check if your room has good coverage.

Almost everything was world class . Especially the staff , I'm sure the management should also take credit. Overall, 10 for rooms, 10 for services, 8 for food, 10 for front desk, &the 2 door person 20!

All guests here have access to the wonderful Willow Stream Spa . This is one of the largest spas in Asia, so don't miss it.

Buffet breakfast by the pool is nice and relaxed, but for a wider selection head to Prego downstairs.
