There's a Sake Bar in the back of the Mitsukoshi store. If you're new to Sake go for the Himezen Sweet Sake . Before drinking it say "Kampai" (cheers) to your server and you may receive a double bow.
The Sake Sampler is amazing! Try three different sake choices starting with sweet, then medium, and finishing with a dry. Great for sake starters!
If you have a single sake (as oppose to the sake flight) it's served in a little sake cup that they'll personalize for you and you can keep!
