American Adventure Pavilion

If Disney was going for accuracy, the American pavilion would feature subdivisions, strip malls , and fat people on scooters. Oh wait, they did nail the fat people on scooters part.

If you are American, and visiting this portion of the park , do our reputations a favor and resist the urge to yell "America" every 5 minutes because the "real housewives" and MTV have hurt us enough

Don't miss the Fife and Drum Corps , followed by the Voices of Liberty ! The AC inside the pavilion is wonderful and the singing is even better!!

Check the times guide , the Fife & Drum core and the Voices of Liberty are times perfectly so you can seer both plus the main show

If it's your birthday, stop by American Adventure for a special phone call. Don't forget to wear your birthday pin though! Cast member Lonnie always makes sure it's a birthday to remember!

Try a beer at the Fife & Drum Tavern, or my favorite, a frozen Red Stag Lemonade , made with Jim Beam bourbon .

On some select days you can catch some pretty rare character encounters here. Normally off and on between noon and 2 pm. Anywhere from 4 or more can come out. keep your eyes peeled!!!

Wear your anniversary buttons and they might give you a reserved table with real silverware and a server! We got it and it was a great treat!

Head to the main attraction , The American Adventure, and enjoy hearing the story of our nation's history. Or, if you're tired, take a nap during the show.

Don't miss the American store to the left of the bathrooms . Lots of gems here!

The bathrooms here are large and relatively fancy . A great example of American exceptionalism I guess.

Sounds of summer concert series is GREAT! Enjoyed Hotel California immensely.

Being an American I've a tendency to skip this section. Feel that another country (Austraila maybe?) would be more enjoyable.

Interesting animatronic show, but very heavy on American patriotism.

You can get a proper thing crust pizza if you get a table, but thick crust only at the grab and go :(
