My favorite pavilion in Epcot. Sake bar is awesome. don't forget to try the plum wine or the Chu Hi. must be 21 years of age to consume. Staff is super friendly and enjoy chatting about Japan.
we did the find your pearl in your oyster and that was pretty fun. the sake shots are also pretty cheap . one of the better "stores" in the world showcase - a lot to offer!
Japan Pavilion got the best drum show in the showcase. Also, if your a big fan of anime , I reacommed buying alot of anime stuff
There is an art gallery in the back. It's small but air conditioned , and offers some interesting insights into Japanese creature folklore.

Atmosphere, people, beer , food, and souvenir shops are great!
We ordered the ume sampler. It was just ok. We said we didn't like cucumber and half the sampler had cucumber . The service is excellent and atmosphere great. Still looking for good sushi at Disney.
There are three different restaurants here. The two above the shop are full service, and the other is counter service. All are great!
Go inside the ground-level store to pick your own oyster and get your own pearls ! The store also sells a wealth of animé and other traditional Japanese goodies.
Stop by at Tokyo Dining or shop at Mitsukoshi! The Taiko Drum Show is also something great to watch.
The little sake kiosk across from the big staircase to Teppan Edo has awesome flavored sake cocktails . The pineapple one is the best. So refreshing!

One of the best shops in Epcot. Beautiful clothing , bags, jewelry as well as knick knacks and yummy candy !
Super cute Pavilion feels like you're in Japan I think. DO NOT try the Green Tea ice cream ... it is not soft serve and tastes like water.
A fantastic place to try out your Japanese. The kids there love it!
The drummers are a must see and the beef udon soup !! YUM!!
One of the most beautiful countries portrayed by Epcot! The sushi is average but the "beef sushi " is pretty gross and not worth the money.
Love the sit down seating hidden away in the pavilion.
During the #foodandwinefestival the stand has Chirashizushi, try it! Love it!!!
Get a shaved ice ! Only $3.50 and huge portion , enough for 2 people to split. Cheapest/best value treat for hot days.
Their Pick-A-Pearl location is a ton of fun, offers a lot of entertainment.
Go to Sake bar and try the unfiltered. It's a nice change from what you've probably had in the past.
Lots of great stuff to buy for pop culture enthusiast.
Might have the biggest themed gift shop of all the International pavilions.
A must stop on your way around the showcase. Awesome store! Pokemon and hello kitty !!
Sushi , Pocki, Kakagori, Get beautiful origami paper here. If you want smaller than standard sized ask a CM. It isn't always on display.
Try the frushi and the chirashi at the flower and garden stand! So good!
Pick a pearl inside the department store . Its worth the money for the experience
Sparkling sake in sake-bare is awesome! Like champagne , must try!
Spicy hand roll was amazing and the sukiyaki beef pan was good too.
Staff are VERY nice and polite, especially at the kidcot area! ????
Go to the very back of the store where you can buy some sake to go! I recommend Shirakowago cold unfiltered.
Great location to find goods from Studio Ghibli. But no Tsum Tsums?!?
Best pavilion! Lots of goodies in the Mitsukoshi store .
Get the Ice treat at the stand near the front of the pavilion. It is scrumptious!
