I got cheated by picture on new menu. Ordered udon but it came in a huge bowl with super small portion of noodles + 4 small piece of tempura .

Service lousy. It took them more than 40min to serve. The staff have make a mistake on the order thus, there wasn’t anything to serve until we asked for our order. They only realized when we asked.

Thu 30/7 6.15pm. Extreme slow service. Servers n supervisors not proactive. After 30mins and counting, piri piri yet to arrive
Service is bad! Waiters are not well trained and don't know what is available and what's not :/ the customer need to ask few times to confirm the food item is not available.
garlic rice ok but the tamago sushi let me waited for more than 15 mins then only said no stock. wtf!! all this while i came here was ok, the quality of staff must improve. ????

ordered sesame sauce udon and it delayed for more than half an hour with wrong food served for three times!! bad services. dont come at all cost. my friend been waiting his food for an hour.

Don't ever come to this rest if you have alternatives. Bad Servicing, no quality of food, keep us waiting for Tooooo long even just to serve a hot green tea !

Service here is really slow and not much choice of sushi on the belt. Very disappointing .
Avoid this outlet at all cost. Service is horrendous and slow. Sushi item took 25 minutes to arrive. The food item on kaiten is a joke.
