If u order hot green tea , they always give with the roasted rice ..insist for Organic green tea if u don't fancy toasted rice taste

Services kinda ok. Like their lobster salad & sushi . But the table quite small for 3 pax.

Food seems prepared in mass & leave for long in advance. Tempura deep fried in pasar malam style. Not recommended.

Wait for more than 1hr... Service sucks... Ice water can only order ice cube and get hot water from the water refill... Ice water become warm water= =

I ordered Ramen , it was the manager with blazer take my order~ after 25 mins I ask about my ramen , the waiter say my ordered was nt entered... WTH..

Very bad service.. Staffs here don't know what is "polite".. Don't even look at my face when I pay..

Bad compared to other sakae : edamame is cold n not salty, hot water tap cant even brew genmaicha well .

Cashier is as slow as ever. 1 customer takes 5min to make payment.
