Hampton by Hilton

Excellent bed and an amazing pool area ! Free breakfast buffet was good, too. There aren't a lot of options of room size for a family with 3+ kids, but we made it work and had a great stay.

The rooms are nice. The polis open until 12am, and they have a good fitness facility . It has a very convenient location and is less expensive than the hotels in downtown Charleston.

The Air Conditioner only goes down to 68 degrees. If that is too warm then go to the front desk and let them know and they will put it in VIP mode for you.

Clean rooms , excellent pool area , great breakfast and free wifi . All in walking distance of several restaurants . 5th floor did smell like smoke and we add smoke issues on day we checked out.

This hotel is always clean , staff is always friendly and I get free upgrades a lot when I stay here. The internet is the speed expected of a large hotel with a large number of guests.

Another reason to stay at this Hampton: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many great amenities for guests. Look for the StayConnected program. It’s free, fast and easy to connect.

The only Hampton Inn that has a manager's reception (5pm - 7pm) and a free soda fountain .

Hotel is in a great location for shopping. The breakfast is pretty good. The Internet is very slow, although it is free wifi . The pool area is good.

Entrance has become smokers’ paradise (disgusting!). Called front desk/manager to complain, and it seemed like there wasn’t interest in finding a solution. I’ll be looking elsewhere next WV visit.

Decent workout facility : several bikes , treadmill , medicine balls, and dumbbells up to 50 lbs

They even have complimentary fountain drinks!

The free breakfast is pretty dang good.

If you're here on an extended business stay, you're better off with a gerble-powered generator for internet. The wifi here terribly slow.

5th floor hallway reeks of smoke.
