Milk powder pork rib , honey chicken , salted egg prawn , mushroom tofu and drunken cockles all lived up to expectation. But, you need to book and you need your whole gang to be here to be seated!
Milk powder pork ribs is so yummy. Best of all, they r boneless . Milk powder gives it a unique fragrance. Special dish that I have yet to see anywhere serving it.
Delightful cockles (so fresh!) and great shrimp paste chicken , tofu , salted egg prawns and spare ribs . Chili crabs a disappointment - not fresh and gravy was slightly watery with no kick.
Great value for money , very tasty dishes. Recommend butter pork ribs , prawn paste chicken , deer meat and golden mushroom tofu .
Had spicy lala, butter pork rib (with milk powder), broccoli and hot plate tofu - every dish was just alright not too great. Would prefer KEK or Rong Guang any time
The butter pork ribs/milk power pork ribs and drunken cockles is their speciality. Service is fast and food good. Most importantly, the price is cheap . Avoid weekends.
Butter ribs , drunken cockles , fuyong egg are their signature dishes which makes us come back for more!
Good and reasonably priced Tze char in a sleepy estate. Famous butter pork ribs gets abit jialiat after a while though.
Give the milk powder pork rib a try. Something unusual and interesting where no else where is serving it.Coffee pork rib is just plain normal, smells a bit like marmite but has mild coffee bitter taste
Butter pork , round tofu with minced pork , four season beans and almost everything are nice here. But I'd prefer sin ming's outlet as it's more spacious .
Their specialties here live up to their name. Try the drunken cold cockles , spinach trio eggs and milk powder pork ribs . You'll definitely like it.
cold cockles come with a tart acidic sauce that masks any fishiness from the cockles . the butter ribs are de-boned for convenience.
Came at 5.30pm and Q was forming already but they can take your order while you wait. So come early. Only sin ming outlet takes reservations . All the food mentioned here are gd.
Milk Pork Ribs - I love the sweetened milk powder more than the pork !
will be back for more affordable and delicious zi char! can't go wrong with their milk powder chicken .
Love the hot plate tofu WITHOUT spicy . But due to mix-up of order, we got the spicy one which sucks as there are a lot of chilli seeds which I hate.
Decent zhichar. The san lao horfun has much wei kee. Parking can be an issue. Very vigilent parking aunties.
Seafood : They r not known 4 it, so keep 2 tried & tested butter pork ribs , vege w 3 types of eggs , golden mushroom tofu . D fish we tried was not fresh :-(
The Butter Pork Ribs are something unique however it's a little sweet for my families taste.
The butter ribs . I call it The Heroin Ribs cos I'm always back for more.
The salted egg sotong is a like hidden gem here.. the best i ever had!
Milk powder ribs , oatmeal prawns & prawn paste chicken are must tries! Not to mention that the prices are very affordable !
Black pepper venison , oatmeal prawns , potato leaves, and tofu with mushroom were all excellent.
Awesome food at reasonable prices
Does not accept reservation but seating is fast when all diners are present. Service is fast and value for $$$!
The chicken honey and the coffee pork was really nice!
The drunken cockles and butter pork ribs are must try, especially the drunken cockles .
Tried all the famous dishes and overall is so-so. Perhaps the portions are simply too small to satisfy the hunger.
Try Marmite Chicken . It's not on the menu . : )
Today's cockles were like the toddlers of see-hum!! Small small one... Not juicy like last time
Fun fact: there are more than two chefs here
Try the Cold Cockles - If you like raw cockles , this is a refreshing change literally. #cockles #garlic
Almost everything here is good, except the Black Pepper Crab and a few others that does not have enough flavour .
like the by the road setting, low housing nearby... plus the light breeze n evening sun
Burst of flavours! Thumbs up!
Milk powder pork ribs , herbal chicken , golden mushroom tofu and 3 eggs veg
Love their Chilli crab that is value for money .
Would come all the way from Tampines to dine, all the food here are amazing and yet affordable ..
Milk powder scattered over the pork ribs , meat is tender..worth a try!
Try the Butter Pork Ribs
Herbal chicken soup is great! Tender chicken in rich herbal soup . Yummy!!
Try the Butter pork ribs (contains milk powder) and the Oatmeal prawns ! Watch out for flying insects if you are sitting under the fluorescent lights after a heavy downpour.
Get your family and relatives to come together at the same time. They will give you the seats once all your guests arrive.
Must order this! Yumzxzxz
Delicious food cum great service.. Fast in serving the food.. Once try, will surely patronize again.. >_<
Awesome tze char. Butter pork ribs , vege with 3 eggs and hotplate tofu are must-tries!
Must tries include the Mayo Prawn and famous Butter Pork . Don't bother with the soups - not that great.
Herbal chicken - no pizzazz, not enough herbs... Taste like normal chicken soup !
Butter pork ribs is a surefire winner!
