Monument Circle

Its nice to walk around downtown, especially at night in the circle. If you have a little money, you ride and elevator to the top of the monument and see the city . Recommend it :)

A huge staple in downtown Indy! Monument Circle offers a variety of cafes , businesses, and restaurants . You haven't been to Indy if you haven't been to Monument Circle.

Go up to the observation deck . It's a great view . Lots of steps , I recommend paying the $2 for the elevator . ;-) The monument itself is very impressive.

Ride to top in elevator . Visit Civil War museum under monument . During Christmas season , it becomes world's tallest Christmas tree !

Very historical part of city center Indianapolis and we had a great night seeing it all

It can depend on what’s happening on the day you visit. The monument itself is impressive and has seasonal events . In the middle of the day, it can be rough. Good stores like rocket fizz .

Nice monument ! Lots of things to do! Shopping, restaurants . Free parking on Sundays. Horse and carriage rides.

Get some candy and craft sodas from Rocket Fizz or some ice cream from Chocolate Cafe and sit in the steps! Great people watching .

Come here on a spring evening before or after dinner . Very cool spot right in the center of the city .

The elevator costs money to ride up to the top. The stairs are free.
