Frida Mexican Cuisine

Recently I got a promotion & I decided to take a few of my friends for drinks-treat. Someone had talked to me about Frida & I decided to give a try. Ambiance was very nice, Spacious , modern & classy .

Try the "Sopa de tortilla " D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. I also recomend the enchiladas & fajitas . But everything is good here. Good choice if you decide to eat here.

This is my FAV place ever! Being from mexico city this is what i can call mexican food i just love it. Service is always great. Highly recommend the tacos al pastor and the cochinita plater :)

Fish tacos are the BEST! One long fillet in the most lightly crispy batter on a delicious corn tortilla ???????? oh and with a cabbage mix and a Southwest type sauce????????????????????????????????????????????????

After our lunch , we were just driving around looking for some drinks and found ourselves at the happy hour in Glendale Frida. We had a lovely time, and I remember still!

Suggestion: Anybody ordering the Grilled Veggie Salad should ask for the dressing on the side and instead substitute it for the salsa verde they serve with the chips . Let's the veggies sing!

Freakin' excellent! One of the best brunches I've been to. Awesome food and outstanding service by the lovely Mayra. We'll definitely go back.

The happy hour here is extremely worth it. Drinks are stroooong, food is delish. I prefer the green salsa . The red salsa is just enchalada sauce. Sundays are insane.

Late night happy hour : $2.00 soft tacos on Tuesdays! Chicken , asada and especially the carnitas were delicious. One of few restaurants in Glendale that is open past 10pm during the week.

Must get stawberry margarita ! Complementary chips and salsa are amazing but haven't found any mouthwatering entrees yet ;(

Found Frida through theskedge.com and saw they have happy hour . I was pretty excited about this because usually this place is expensive for a Mexican restaurant . Pricing is way better in happy hour .

If you're attending brunch , ask for outside patio near the glass windows . You'll avoid the loud , obnoxious mariachis .

You absolutely MUST get the queso fondido with chorizo . It's ridiculously good. Enjoy!

Tacos are great...No spicy Salsa though~ but the handmade tortillas make up for it =)

Make it to happy hour (5 tacos for $10), spend the extra for the Cadillac Margarita or try a pomegranate martini . Tacos are always an excellent choice.

Absolutely delicious and the ambiance is great. We are definitely coming back!
