The tips on here are right. The service here was beyond horrendous. We had a literal 19 complaints to the manager. But they did take care of our entire meal. Worth it? I dunno. Good story though.

Have the Prime Chophouse with crunchy onions , omg GOOD! I shared my steak fries cause the burger was more than enough!

the service is beyond slow! I had to hunt down someone for silverware after my food came out, waited another 10 min for a water. they get partial credit for veggie burgers and milkshakes

The whole experience was horrible. They did comp us 2 entrees because they forgot to cook our whole order and when they brought out my burger it was raw on the outside!

Waited 25 minutes for a table when the place was half empty. Waited 10 minutes for service. Waited 15 minutes for drinks. Got the appetizer before the drinks. Food ok at best. Service just sucked!
