My favourite hotel in Dubai , great views from the rooms and a modern interior . Close to the airport and near to a metro station and a small supermarket nearby.

Excellent location, great service, pleasant, modern decor , and free, fast wifi throughout the hotel . Plenty of restaurants nearby and a 24-hr grocery store next door. Small pool, though.

Reception staff were nice and welcoming, beautiful lounge ???????? However, room service was annoyingly slow and bed wasn’t that comfy ! ????????

The pool and the outdoors bar are not that big. Same for the gym , they call it "state of the art "... No comment. Three choices of restaurants . Rooms are very new and with a nice view .

Five stars luxury Hotel at walking distance from Dubai World Trade Center. My room was very spacious and clean with great view . Breakfast was very good and service was excellent!

All personnel is very friendly , smiling, helpful, and polite. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms are mostly beautiful except the smoking ones as they smell very very bad and intensive. Location is awesome

Great service and the treatment. Cosy rooms with panoramic windows from the bath room over the city .

Good location, near World Trade Centre metro station . Good housekeeping. good and quite room. bed isn't very comfy . Stuff not helpful no one help to carry luggage. Near of Market and shops.

Great french indian restaurant on 4th floor. And good views from restaurant/bar on top floor. But the Japanese restaurant that was there is now closed :(

Very nice hotel and perfect location for Trade Center. Breakfast was weak, staff was careless but helpful after a mistake they make.

The club behid the hotel is one of the best in the world, check it out!!!

The wifi is free. And celsius is a must place to visit to have a really good lunch buffet .

Unfortunately, this is the second time for me in Nassima Hotel .. And they have a big management problem. I asked for a transfer from the airport in the booking and as the first time no one there!

I have tried their seafood buffet , it was really scrumptious.

I stayed there when it used to known as Nassima hotel . The rooms are the same, they just added some design elements. Not sound proof, I heard my neighbors cough

Just had breakfast at The Gourmet Corner: so good! Illy coffee + yummy raisins croissant .

Breakfast good, bedroom is ok. Staff is well trained but seems not to hurry at all. You can arrange Abu Dhabi or a safari trip just right from the reception desk.

Good location in the middle of Dubai! Elegant Hotel ????

I got here early, after a sleepless overnight flight. No rooms available for an early check-in.. so I went for a shower , 50 lap swim , 15m sauna instead. Great facilities.

It is a nice hotel but there is a bad vibe and complaints because it appears they havent paid some of their subcontactors.
