Amazing grounds and pool area . Cool kids club and pool area with water slides . Staff are very friendly . Rooms are clean . Good variety of restaurants , and the club lounge is top notch.

We really love this place! Ahasees Spa is amazing! Seperate steam room , sauna , jacuzzi and relaxation rooms for men and women. The gardens and pools are just beautiful and outstanding.

Fantastic hotel . Great gym and spa . Restaurants are really nice, some better than others. Pool side good service is not good though (wrong drinks, hour wait for hot food which has gone cold).

My absolute fave hotel with the most lavish and unique interior... packed with wonderful dining experience options, you won't be bored and the outdoor facilities are unrivaled in the UAE

Wox, IZ and the Panini bar...amongst everything else...my fave hotel ...with probably one of the best interiors in the MEA region...

The service of Hyatt Hotels have always been commended so goes to Grand Hyatt! I love Panini Cafe for one with the sinful deliciously made chocolate truffles !

Fully renovated rooms are very good, wifi in the rooms is bad, breakfast buffet is very nice but you have to wait in a que to get a table in rush hours. Hotel is just 5-7 min from DXB airport

Great hotel for holidays with kids! Toddlers pool is very cool and shaded. Kids Club seems also great. They even organize kids camps with lots of activities.

We've just been there for dinner . The hotel is massive and they have an indoor garden with a river !

Conveniently close to the airport and Dubai Mall ! Nice views of the city skyline

Good ahasees spa but the tony and guy services is quite bad... Not as good as the london branches..and make sure you ask if breakfast is included with ur room I didn't know till the last day :)

Always try to get a room with club lounge access.

Really elegant! There's a rainforest in the lobby, and that's really enjoyable. Take a walk in there with a special person, then go enjoy drinks @ the bar !!
