Loved everything about the hotel , the decor, the staff , the facilities and most of all the location! Just behind souk albahar which is across Dubai Mall ???? no cars needed whatsoever????????❤️

Sheesha by the pool was great, fresh ingredients . Staff was so attentive and this is a place where you don’t have to shout your “excuse me” there is a call bell from the comfort of your seat.

A great place to chill and have some moroccan tea or arabic coffee and shisha with views of burj khalifa and the downtown development.

Magnificent hotel , nice atmosphere. Close to everything downtown. Very friendly staff . Good breakfast buffet with great variety of choices.

Nice atmosphere, shisha ok ( as all almost alfakher in dubai) , but it’s expensive , service ok

Shisha by the pool, in summer: sit all you want, in winter: minimum 500Dhs. spending. Thanks to the manager, the only table they had in that summer night won't be there no more.What a genius campaign!

You should pay for good hospitality .. Dislike that aspect.. I believe it is a must, not to be paid for!

Has a perfect location but very slow service. The housekeepers make up the room only once a day and the concierge is not available after 12 am.

If you want something fancy and close to Dubai mall go for it but it is little bit expensive

This summer in the poolside , sparkling winepromotion "Pol Remy" from France. Usual price AED 380, now AED 190. Nice shisha and food as well ! Extremely friendly staff .

When you book a room at the palace you expect amazing service, but actually they're the worst. The address hotel is always my number one hotel in Dubai.
