Great pool, good for lane swimming . Need to pick the right time of the day though. Avoid school swimming times... way too loud for a relaxing swim .
Great atmosphere for gymming but gets busy on Monday and Tuesday.
Great squash courts with online booking at ease sadly seems to be not working on mobile.
Circuits class is really good. Yoga and pilates lovely. :)
Quieter in the mornings
Come on Saturdays in the early evening. The place is empty!
Like the new look gym..time to make some referrals I guess.
