I had a good experience tonight at Best Buy. They answered all my questions and I was satisfied.

If you need something installed through Best Buy, come to this location! Victor is awesome! Super helpful, and didn't seem annoyed by all my questions ;)

Meagan Prew was so friendly ! She helped me with fixing the info on my rewards account & was SOOO nice! Fantastic customer service!!!

Come buy your new Sprint smartphone from me at the Sprint Store. We offer employee discounts and some great promos such as buy 2 accessories get 20% or more.

The customer service is not all that great here and it is always hard to find someone to help you that knows what they are talking about. I bought a computer from here that crashed two days later.

And lastly. Computers don't crash on their own, you had to have done something to it. Geek squad is amazing!

To Tim If it really happened two days later you were still in the 30 day return policy . On top of that at the time of purchase you were offered a protection plan that you apparently declined.
