The fried dumplings (Shen Jian Bao ) are also juicy, full of soup , and very crispy on the bottom. Better than the Shanghai Flavor Shop.
Thick stir-fried noodles were good but unexceptional and the cook could have gone lighter on the soy sauce with the sauteed green beans . He more than redeemed himself with the outstanding dim sum .
Th Shanghai soup dumplings are tasty and full of soup . The right amount of fattiness and juice .
The scallion noodles with dried shrimp look simple, but are packed with flavor.
New and great option for take out ! Spicy and delicious!
