The spicy chili sauce on the table was really good! We enjoyed eating here for the first time, and will return. Fine service, great food, and a good value .

Tristan

Very good dim sum . The service from order to arrival is a bit slow but its still worth it. Go there ready for conversation and also get the damn lemon spare ribs !

Mike Neadeau

Egg Tofu w Mushrroms, Clay Pot Chicken Buns , Sticky Jasmine Beef Fried Rice were all awesome.

Muneeb Anwar

One of my fav spots in Palo Alto! The seafood fried rice and the spinach shrimp dumplings are on point!

Caroline Deng

Szechuan Spicy Chicken is good. Pretty rare for a Chinese restaurant to have an open kitchen . Loud atmosphere and small. For the price and quality, I'd go to a more authentic Chinese/dimsum place.

Davita Strong

Vegetarian Five Crops Rice with Egg , salt and pepper tofu and all the dumplings

Gayle L. McDowell

The hot and sour soup is great (and huge), but very spicy . The BBQ pork buns and pot stickers are also really good.

Charles-Axel Pauwels

Great Hong Kong food . Taste just like it tastes there (lived 6 months in HK) although obviously a bit more expensive .

Mickey Tachibana

Beef and Basil in clay pot tasted wonderful. It's too bad the Steamed Shanghai dumbing were sticked to the paper. So all juices were gone.

Peggy Li

Steam redid the menu sometime in the past 2-3 weeks. Pro: more items, including more vegetarian options . Con: prices went up (dim sum from $3 to $4.80+, some noodle dishes from $8 to $10).

Arian Evans

Salt and pepper calamari and szechuan chicken are awesome!

Zain Shah

The dim sum is good but takes a while. Sit outside and enjoy the Palo Alto weather!

Alexander Mironenko

Very tasty food and good service ! Szhechuan chicken is really good!

Rachelle

Food is great! Calamari is on point and the basil beef in the clay lot is delicious

Andrea Sy

Make sure to order their braised beef noodle soup ! It's probably my favorite item on their menu!

Dan Mondragón Somera

Staff kinda serious, but all the food is really delicious!

Gayle L. McDowell

Great value for dim sum , especially for University Ave. Very good food too.

Tristan

New Dim Sum place on University ! Opens Feb 2013 and there'll be Dim Sum 12 hours a day!

eileen b

Dumplings were a fail -- undercooked the first time then overcooked the second. The sesame ball desserts were untraditional but delish!

Paul Mederos

Steamed BBQ pork buns . They alone are worth the trip.

Ramprakash Ravichandran

Mapo tofu to die for ????

Raj

Fun fact: sister restaurant of Tai Pan

Max Brautigam

Sit outside if you get the chance!

Jess Scott

Saw one cook taste with the cooking spoon then stir the soup . Saw another cook eating dumplings with his bare hands and return to food prep. Ew!

Larry Chen

Noodle in beef noodle soup is always soggy.

Omar Jordan F

Main dishes are a bit too greasy, but the dim sum is delicious.

Anson Ling

Not the most authentic place in the world. But I'm just glad that I can get dim sum so close to work!!

Garima Sinha

Shanghai dumplings are the best

Linda Hartsema

Black sesame balls , hmmm

Ilian Georgiev

Delicious and cheap

Ariel Zach

Food is good, service is mixed

Angela Chou

Dim sum is average, pricy for the quality. Great ambiance, slow service. The cashier did not give me any change back when I paid at the counter. He looked at me in the eyes and said bye.

Jasmine Pang

Some good decent Chinese food here!

Kirsten Zverina Archer

Dim sum rocks :)

Eli Hickox

BBQ pork buns all day

Donna Pettit

The service staff need to iron out some glitches, but the food was pretty good.

Cat Chen

Okay Cantonese/Chinese food in Palo Alto. Some dishes come slow though.

Linda Hartsema

Noodles and dim sum

Jenn Clark

Good food but super slow service

jane t

Slow service! Beware of getting chef special for lunch . Waited 45 minutes and still no food. Tastes good though.

Yaron Zakai-Or

Slow service, charged me for a dish that they forgot to deliver . Skip this place.

Serguei Orozco
