Terrible customer service. I stood in line for 5 minutes then the lady closes it right in front of me with two other people behind me. When I went to a new counter they walked away before serving me.

Just witnessed no less than 20 people being turned away at 8:15 on a Friday night (Dec 23rd) because Hobby Lobby closed at 8pm. Fail!
Their fabric selection is good, but they yarn selection is pathetic. And be prepared for giant lines when checking out.
Worst customer service I have experienced......guess that's why the prices are so cheap
