Walmart Supercenter

I visit the Kirkwood store about twice a month. Yesterday I was checked out by Vienne. She was very professional, courteous, and friendly . Vienna is special. Great asset to this Walmart.

The wife and I make several trips every month and this trip was round one.

They need to do their stocking up at night!!! Always in the way and treat customers like they are the ones on the way!!!

This is one of the better walmarts I've been to but they still lack in good service

Can't seem to get help in person or on phone. No one cares. Meanwhile, I'm dealing with a delivery driver who tried to come into my house. Walmart's main number can't even provide any guidance either.

Check for on-sale items. Save 1/2.

Now the checkers have to clean the floors too, no matter how long their line is. Guess they did away with the cleaning crew.

I don't usually complain on here but I really did wait 20 min to check out. I don't get why they can't open more lanes then 4 especially on the weekends :(

Service was extremely poor people were leave and laying down merchandise because there were no check out persons. Service is usually poor but this was really bad.

Horrible pharmacy service every single time I've been here. Huge wait no matter when they say you'll be ready, no smiles or friendly service .

Out of 25 check out lanes , they never have more than 2 open.

If you have a receipt from Maplewood from last week this Wal Mart will not accept it. Instead they will call you a thief.

Kinda sucks so it's more or less a hang out spot for teenagers
