Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah

The hotel is so close to Kabe. The rooms (Kabe view ) are really good. Buffet Breakfast is so rich and delicious. The staff is professional. Duty manager is so helpful for everything

The food is great, but the Arabic coffee is not good. The 3 bed-rooms are more spacious than their suites. The breakfast buffet is nice. its v-close to alHaram. staff are friendly and professional.

Free wireless Internet is not so reliable, I'd take the 25 SR upgrade if I was gonna be at the hotel most of the time, but the free Internet is enough for me.

P11 ice cream and tea nice recharge zone to get into , away from buzz!

Although near to the mosque , need to to take two lifts to reach Al Haram

The room is superb, staff are very friendly . The food is good, the internet is free but don't have wireless internet .

(I'm talking about Ramadan season) Rooms were good and spacious , the locations is excellent next to king Abdulaziz gate ! But the restaurant was not on a good level at all, it was "ok".

The nearest gate is King Andulaziz Gate , only 4 minutes walk from the hotel , not only a hotel it is a mall too

On a partial view room the curtains doesn't fully block the sun so it's hard to sleep after sun light.

The two good things is that it’s near haram and the their food is nice. Otherwise, this is not a 5 star hotel . Service, cleanliness is below average. Not coming back again for sure

To be honest, nothin'! The reception, room service . And don't waist your time askin' for Ice. Cause you'll be waitin' the whole night for it.????

The elevators are somehow uncomfortable, form G floor to P11 than more to come
