Incredible place. Perfect seasoned fries . Pumpkin burger was interesting - their meat seems really delicate. Amazing side salad . To top it off great dark beer and good service . Will be back!

Hillbilly burger...i'm speechless. The bun is so soft and tasty, all the flavors just melt on your tongue . And the meat is so perfect, juicy fresh and smooth. They really know what they are doing.

At around 7:30 pm the place was full, waiting time for burgers 30 min. Pineapple and goat cheese burgers , herb fries and coleslaw - everything was great! Also nice strawberry ice tea .

I‘ve visited dozens burger bars around the world and Hillbilly is among the best burger places within Prague, definitely best in this neighborhood . Great place to meet friend and have awesome burger !

Their Joe's Goat burger got really high on my "Prague burgers list" since my very first visit. Great chilli fries and friendly staff . Pleasant surprise!

Simply big juicy perfect burgers and great nachos baked with cheddar . Good beer . We've tried Sanchez and Roquefort , both gorgeous.

Great burgers (also vege versions), delicious fries with garlic mayonnaise , cider and local bear. Nice waitresses and interior with some cool details. Outdoor seating as well . Definitely recommended!

I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the food. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were deliciousness. Sauces are great and the beer is cold.

I did not enjoy the atmosphere here much. Even on Saturday at 3 pm, the place was completely crowded and quiet noisy . However, burger , extra spicy fries and coleslaw were really great. Will come back.

Went there after visiting the national gallery ,our waitress was very nice and helpful.The burgers were definitely one of the best ones I have ever had in my life.Everything about this place is perfect

They have just few burger with non-usual combinations on menu but all of them are tasteful and great. Their frites are also nice.

Dirty Sanchez vegetarian ???????? a lot of flavours mixed together but i didn’t mind. Very tasty and huge! Fries weren’t necessary but delicious as well

Dirty Sanchez , nothing more to say. There are many must have burgers , but You MUST have this. Great beers , great burgers , great services and stuff.

Chilli Veggie burger is super tasty. The bun is smooth. French fries are great as well . Not cheap but... worth it

We didn't have a reservation but the staff was accommodating. Ordered the Hillbilly burger and it was cooked to perfection (medium rare). 10/10 would go again

Burgers are delicious and the beer is reliable. The terrace is quote tiny though and the restaurant is pretty much all the time full. Better book in advance or call

I had Jerry’s Chicken burger , Joe’s goat burger , fries and homemade lemon lemonade . It was excellent I really enjoyed the food. Service perfect. Recommend this place:)

It settled down, you still have to wait, because there is only one cook. If you wait you get delicious burger from great meet. I love dirty sanchez .

Nice trendy place , service was super nice even though we were a big group. Dirty Sanchez burger was good, spicy just right. Cheese fries were a bit disappointing, pick rather normal or chilli .
