The staff and people here are genuinely nice and non judgmental! If u need a place to get in shape or continue your fitness agenda, this is it. Devon & Lloyd at the front desk (pm) are great folks.

Trainers in the pool are very friendly and truly patient with kids.But they are not strict, not setting goals for kids and do not polish techniques.DO NOT expect kids would swim technically beautiful.

Great kids classes , friendly staff . Not so great for a gym rat . The weight rooms are very crowded , not enough space between machines. Some of the trainers/instructors are not very professional.

These centrifuges in the family changing room are the bee's knees! Dry your swimsuits quickly and then wrap them with accompanying plastic.

So expensive , but everything is nicely maintained. Love the saunas when I have a chance to hang out after my workout.

Super friendly staff , but they don't give the student discount for graduate students here for membership. Try an another branch for that.

If you're bringing a toddler, beware of the lack of stroller parking space . Bring a small fold-up stroller or arrive early for your toddler class .

Great gym , decent weight setup, recommend going in the mornings.

Safe, clean , affordable gym in the neighborhood with lots of updated cardio equipment.

Hip hop classes on Wednesday and Sundays are fun but not for wallflowers. Be prepared to perform in small groups towards the end of class .

Where else can you disappear, and then reappear and be greeted like a returning hero? Darren and Lloyd at the desk are supportive gems!

Zumba class on Monday night is super fun. Nothin like shakin your fanny with a bunch of old ladies.

They make my daughter feel like she's a queen every time she comes here. We can't go anyplace else!

Changed up the swimming lanes today...down from 3 to 2. Strange...faster swimmers like me will suffer more now with slowpokes.

There isn't an elevator from street level to main floor unless you are in a wheel chair good luck!

Great place to workout in the Slope .

Men's locker room smells disgusting. It's a mix of rotting wet towels, expired eggs , BO, and a hint of fruity shampoo. I'd expect this from a $20/month gym , not what for what Y is charging.
