The whole area of artists , their studios and exhibitions ! Smaller than 798 in Beijing, but not worse. Good place to spend whole day if you like modern art .

A labyrinth of tiny art galleries . I suggest you come with no plan and a few hours to spare, wander aimlessly, losing all sense of time and place.

Place was rather abandoned when I was there. Would figure it's nice on weekends. The atmosphere is nice and artsy , unique place in Shanghai. Many open free walk-in galleries .

Really great area and a must-see if you're in Shanghai. They have a great coffee place in the front too and sometimes there's brewery beer nights too.

Tingtai traditional chinease tea house. We have selected 20 years leaf and high quality tea . Inside well decorated peaceful and silence.

Trendy cool place. Loads of arty shops and nice cafes . Make sure to check it out.

UNDEF/NE and Island 6 are the best galleries here.

Island 6 exhibition was awesome. Some other quite good galleries and graffiti wall but slightly underwhelming

Lots of small galleries in a densely packed couple of blocks. I especially liked “island ” - look for the neon on the second floor windows

Contemporary Chinese art in a complex of industrial buildings. Little galleries are in bloom in this concrete area to offer the best of Chinese artists , collectives, and subculture.

Perfect place to explore artistic Shanghai. Good cafes and different people. Have a walk along Moganshan Rd and take thousands of photos.

If you’ve ever been to Beijing’s 798, this is a smaller abd quieter version of that! Make sure you come in the afternoon, in the mornings most galleries are closed.

Island 6's exhibit is one of the most thought provoking and interactive exhibits I have seen in a long time

Nice place! Don't forget to get some tea and/or dumplings at the bookstore (next to Traveled coffee & tea ): it's great!

Don't go too early. It's a really nice but relatively small art space. Many very clean restrooms !

There is a Pebeo art supply shop in here somewhere, but if youre looking for serious gear, you're better off going to Marie's on Xikang Lu which is just 15min walk from here.

Мало интересного, галерей мало, в каждой по 4-5 картин , магазины не интересные, а ехать сюда далеко, второй раз не стала бы посещать это место
