Very busy location.. they don't have a seating area but there is a big seating area right front of the store (starbucks/lobby area). I had a toasted chedder chicken n it was yummy♡

The sandwiches are warm and the line is pretty fast. Pick out your sandwich and be ready to give them your toppings quickly.

Get here early or come late. This place is very popular and the lines can get real long.

The best $3.20 you'll spend in NYC is on a Potbelly milkshake . Ask for it thick!

Two words: pizza sandwich . If you're a vegetarian , get it with extra mushrooms and no meat. It beats the actual veggie sandwich .
