Biscuits and gravy with poached eggs were a nice way to start the morning. Biscuits had a nice crunch on outside with tender inside

For a different take on a chicken salad sandwich , try the Bird’s Eye! The guac , pico de gallo , and pickles really add more dimension to the sandwich

I had the Healthy Wrap with cheddar and it was delicious. Pretty much everthing sounded good though, it was hard to choose!

Look at how they dice that salad ! You don't even have to chew it! And unlike other placed in the area, the chicken tastes like chicken ! Make sure you've got your blue dress shirt on when u go in!

Office lunch tip: Use the back door from inside 488 Mad. to never breathe fresh air . Also all the sandos basically taste the same and are $2 overpriced.

Popeye sandwich was money. Not a sprouts fan but they added a nice little change of pace.
