Really nice modern hotel , lovely staff very willing to help, slightly disorganised! Food is good, healthy options . Parking short distance walk by John Lewis, slight irritation if arriving in rain.

Convenient to Albert docks. Came here for conference and the staff couldn't handle the traffic. I rang front desk, concierge , guest hotline and operator each twice before a single person picked up

Looks a bit outdated for a new hotel , morning shift staff are slow and sometime just ignore your requests as a guest. Night shift staff are 10/10
A chill-out session at the bar isn't complete without a signature cocktail . Don't forget to try them out.
Get a room on a high floor at the back overlooking the docks.
Friendly staff on check in (thanks Chelsea). The Exchange Bar was pure chaos. Drinks menu items not available. Piles of junk on Bar . AVOID!
If your room faces the amusement park you may hear screams into the evening. But don't worry, it closes at 10pm.

Bar staff is rude and unfocused on customer service. We had a business lunch meeting with 6 people but they wouldn't let us use an empty "tea time" table that no one ever used that afternoon. Lame.
