I read many bad comments but I enjoy staying at this lounge , when I was here there were only a few ppl, and there were a good selection of food, sandwiches , fruit , soup , different drinks and alcohol .
Press two in the elevator to get to the lounge or take the stairs down. Don't be surprised if the employee at the desk has earbuds in and takes forever. Grab something to eat or drink and relax.
Dated but comfortable decor, the staff is kind, the food is better than most lounges and there is a lot of free alcohol to make you forget the slow WiFi .
There is brie and good (airport ) cheese by the wine bar . Also the bar is free but you’ll need to find the barman who sometimes goes back into the kitchen.
Free food, beer and wine . They accept priority pass and accessible from any terminal E flight.
It's run by the French. You expected efficiency and cleanliness? Bwa ha ha ha ha! Buy a sandwich and bring it in. Or fly British Airways. As usual, they're vastly superior to Air France.
Was put off by reviews, but had 2 hours to kill. It's very busy (Saturday 8pm), but clean , food is ok (sandwiches & snacky stuff), and the bar is well stocked and on free vend.
Kinda old and it gets crowded easily. Food choices are limited.
There’s not many power outlets but they do have two complimentary charging towers
You have to worry about the food when you see fellow travellers bringing BK into the lounge to eat...
A bit out of the way; quiet . Food is ok. Just grateful they're open during COVID
They accept Priority Pass and Lounge Club membership so you can gain entry regardless of the carrier you are flying. Connected airside to all terminal E gates
Not the best lounge but bar is sufficient. Free alcohol .
Pretty standard lounge . Great variety of wines . Not just snacks .
The most horrible airport lounge ever visited in the whole world. Dirty tables and seats. Food looks and taste so badly. Wifi is a joke if it is working at all. Staff impolite and snotty
Wifi is out of service and nobody working on it. Lady of the desk doesn't show empathy with this issue and only says it's not her fault. Surprising attitude.
It's ok - clean and quiet .
Quite disappointing for a business class lounge
Very disappointing - the lounge is a cramped storage area for passengers and not worthy of the comcept of a lounge . The WiFi is part if the "complimentary " service of the logan airport - very poor.
Probably the worst AF lounge in the world. Dirty , messy, nobody clean the tables, dirty dishes everywhere, awful food.... Very far from a decent standard for a business lounge ! Very disappointing.
Not the greatest lounge ever, but it's nice to have it as an option when flying Southwest. Priority Pass works here.
Not much good here. Such a dull place. France can do better than this!
Directly across from the Aer Lingus gate
Quiet . Better than sitting in the terminal.
Most disgusting lounge ever. But hell - free booze :)
Not the best lounge that I have been to , pretty average . Paris is much nicer !
Not a place which justifies its name
The staff is insufficient and there are dirty dishes everywhere. Not business class standard.
Eat before you come. Food sucks.
Mediocre lounge , terrible wifi - just the free Logan wifi
It smells like French people
Very disappointing place. Messy, dirty , out of supplies, warm beer , food not good.
Awful and dirty place :((

Generally moves pretty fast. There's a good deal of space in which to line up, too. - Miriam Goldman
Be sure to go to the bathroom first, once you get to baggage and customs there are no bathrooms - MLe B
Excellent service - friendly and with witt! Well-stock bar and fingerfoods. - Brian Andreasen
