Produce is good. Love to get my fresh flowers there. They have different extras the family loves.

If you get one item here, make it some kind of hummus . Nobody, and I mean NOBODY does it better. Very very busy on weekends during the day, but really clears out at night. Take your time and explore!

Meats, nuts , yogurt , breads , gluten free , freezer section , cleaners, cookie butter and flowers is why I come here. I would love to buy all my groceries here but it is a bit expensive for a family.

Love Trader Joes when I am traveling for healthy meals sized for one. And of course all the other staples I cannot live without!

I always find something new to try and always my favorites as well . They don’t up price, so look for great deals and enjoy the food that’s good for you.

Love the variety and prices of everything. Always stop here when I'm in Des Moines. Mushroom turnovers are a must.

Cheap wine , healthy food , and I love those thin chocolate chip cookie containers.

Excellent selection of beer and wine . I love the organic , bagged vegetables and vitamin supplements are a great price.

Can't beat three buck chuck wine . Fresh fruits and vegetables hard to beat. Orange chicken is the bomb love to go there. Fun store. Lots of yummy food.

Great shopping experience: friendly staff and usual quality of Trader Joe's goodies.

French style flat bread (both TD and Maitre Pierre brands) are awesome alternatives to traditional frozen pizzas .

Great selection of whole/organic foods at great prices! Much more reasonable than gateway market !

They have the marsala soup that I love.

The soyaki sauces are great for mixing with rice or even to use in soaking chicken or fish .

The seasoned lamb tips near where the veggies are - amazing!

Joe is actually very loyal. It's a shame about his unfair nickname.

Love Trader Joes in Los Angeles; so glad Des Moines finally got one!

Avoid on Sundays; too many people and not well stocked.

Don't go on Saturday unless you absolutely have to. It's a madhouse!

Got groceries cheaper than at HyVee

Try the orange chicken (in the freezer section ). Yum!
