Bought my first computer here in 1988. Still coming back. Great place for parts you can't find elsewhere.

This store had a gaming department that put most dedicated game stores to shame, but they decimated it and moved books and hobby supplies there. Now games only get a poorly-organized wall.

My go-to place for electronics . They do price match the best they can, but they will deny some NewEgg and Amazon price matches. Buy an iPad here for an interesting experience.

Not sure why everyone says prices are high microcenter price matches online prices . Also return policy is very generous.. usually no restock fee. Great mac alternative mac store. Great gaming store .

My experience is semi weekly. Seems overrun with Microsoft agenda and chrome book hate, I took my system business to Walmart and saved about $160 on the chrome book and dell desktop.

Best selection of computer parts and accessories in the city . Not as pretty as Best Buy but their knoledgeable staff makes those Best Buy guys look like morons. Also, NO HASSLE return policy .

Not happy. From not honoring prices marked, to the constant nagging of employees asking if you need anything just so they can put their stickers on items already in your buggy so they make commission.

The people in the Apple section are not helpful at all, unless you walk up to one of them and get in their face. I walked around for 20 minutes before an employee even glanced in my direction!

If you arent buying a pc, service and repairs desk registers can check you out if the line is too long.

Ever since CompUSA closed down, Micro Center is the only place to go & get a real selection of computer accessories . Sure their prices suck, but you pay for the convenience of having it now.

A great store if you need parts fast and sometimes they have killer deals; although their non-sale items are usually not very competitively priced.

Got old printer ink/toner cartridges? Don't throw them away. Micro Center collects and recycles them at no cost.

Bought computer battery here that was faulty, exchanged it second was more faulty! I will say thankfully they have pretty no nonsense exchange process.

Checkout waits getting longer and longer. Becoming inconvenient to shop here.

Buy a Mac at Microcenter plus aftermarket RAM, and they will install it before delivery. Very handy for the hard to upgrade models like the Mini, and cheaper too.

If you speak Portuguese they now have a Brazilian rep on the floor!

Some of the workers are straight up assholes that will lie to make a sale

They price match other nearby retailers so ask them to lookup the price before you buy.

Loiter here after eating at J. Christopher's. I've seen Goodwill stores with a better atmosphere.

Ruth Pug is the only sales rep in the Mac department worth dealing with. Nothing against the others, but Ruth has never let me down. Just sayin'.

Microcenter is an acceptable alternative if you are unwilling to drive to Fry's.

Tagged pricing often incorrect. Shelf signage incorrect. Check out slow with too long of a line . VERY FRUSTRATED. Mgnt offered no real consolation or appology. Can't wait for COMPUSA to come back.
