Fried onion rings + (fresh, huge) fried scallops are some of the best I've had in Maine!
So glad we stumbled on this place! Aside from the lobster being fantastic, the house branded cream soda is second to none. The coleslaw of all things was amazing, and I don't usually eat coleslaw .
Loved the food here. Enough on the Fisherman's Platter for two of us. Delish! Love the blueberry beer they offered. The wait was fun as we got to chat with others and have a beer .
Mostly a fried seafood menu. 33 years in biz for a reason. Great chowders . Loved the haddock chowder , loaded with haddock . Lobster roll to die for.
Excellent fresh and fried seafood , easy to find, off the beaten path, reasonable prices and service, plenty of parking , usually no wait unlike Mikes which will usually have a substantial wait.
Go for the Lobster Roll instead of the whole lobster . So much better. And the bread pudding was da bomb!
Lobster Roll was really good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is really fun and it was a great way to end our Maine visit!
Love the calamari ! Great prices & kick-back atmosphere! If you sit at one of the long center tables - sometimes you end up with table mates. BUT that can turn out to be fun!!
lobster roll is served up sweet and simple. for a lil zing add some slaw to the mix!
