Like Blue Hill (farm to table ) with more informal and airy setting. Great service and reasonable for lunch . Cool private dining room in the basement . (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

This restaurant is sensational! The service was outstanding and everything we ordered from the menu (which was a lot) came out perfectly. Don't miss: roasted brussels sprouts and the quail !

Chris Pollone

Can't go wrong with the sashimi and ponzu salad and the flounder sandwich . Friendly service & great scene at lunch . Love the natural light in the room.

Stina P.

not far from its sister to little owl , this west village saturday cozy brunch spot is a perfect alternative to try something different. the bacon , spinach , and fontina scramble is amazing

Lori Luo

Unfussy, yet elegantly plated dishes are the key themes at Market Table. The Pan-Roasted Chicken is executed to a tee, and seafood lovers will find plenty of fish-centric dishes as well .

Gretchen Murphy

All food was delicious (quinoa hush puppies , sweet pea risotto , flounder sandwich ), but there was some confusion over the size of appetizers and sides. Sides large enough for a meal!

Chelsea Balkan

#FabuLIST #DubiDO great date night spot in a cozy atmosphere with farm to table food that changes seasonally. Loved the Arctic char , mushroom ravioli , and chicken . #DubiDONT carrot market vegetable

Scott Hueston

grilled sea bream with kohirabi, fennel & red grapefruit is sensational. quinoa hushpuppies w/ capers & lemon : superb. for dessert , get the apple pie with SOUR CREAM gelato - instantly devoured

Sophia Liu

Quinoa hush puppies definitely something different from other menus though I liked the Beef Carpaccio a lot more! Arugula anything is a plus!

Susan J Campbell

Delicious items: butternut salad , Arctic char , gnocchi . Servers are consistently knowledgeable about wine and can recommend pairings. Nice ambiance.

This restaurant is a gem in Greenwich Village . The food is fresh and wonderful and the staff is friendly , knowledgeable and welcoming.

Toni Haber

Being one of the original restaurants with a menu based on only local seasonal ingredients in NYC, Market Table brings expertise to its constantly changing but always fresh menu.

Ben

The full fish is perfectly cooked. Wonderful farm to table food, huge windows so perfect for people watching in the west village .

Bitches Who Brunch

The Bitches say: A+. It’s not often that we distribute A+s, but Market Table is worthy of the high marks. The food was outstanding and each dish was memorable in its own way. Read more

This cozy spot on Carmine St. abounds with terracotta floors, brick walls, sleek wood tables, and dishes that are market-fresh. Their special four-course, $55 menu on the 14th is pretty irresistible.

David Pristin

Wonderful.. Had the Warm octopus salad , fried oysters and braised short rib . All we're fantastic! Braised short rib didn't need a knife, it just fell apart . Definitely joined the list of ny favorites

Kate Shaw

The lentil dish (w/ a red wine poached egg ) is a solid contribution to Market Table's new brunch menu . #kaledit

Nicolette Romero

If you need a place for a small group event , check out the private room in the basement . The ambience is great and the food is legit!

Paulette Phelps

Pan roasted chicken was juicy and crispy , the only issue I had was the risotto was not done. They did take care of me though. Try the ricotta fritters . They are HEAVEN!

Nicole Leven

Love this place! My go-to's are the apple salad , Chicken on the bone, and apple pie for dessert . Cozy and delish.

Katie Schloss

I love the Parsnip & Apple Soup with Pine Nuts , Brown Butter , and Pickled Winter Radish . The specials are always great, so be sure to check those out, too!

Kristie

Ask for fries instead of home fries if you're not in mood for them. The seasoning on the fries is great.

The Corcoran Group

Local and fresh, Market Table provides healthy and delicious meals with ingredients right from the farm . We highly recommend the incredible honeydew gazpacho .

Wim Camby

Farm to table deliciousness without depriving yourself as they have naughty dishes too. Always on point perfection!

Phil Nom

Simple produce driven fare! Loved the chicken and apple pie

Kathryn Yu

Go for lunch or brunch and get the burger . Eight ounces of brisket and sirloin by Pat LaFrieda. White cheddar , house made pickles , carmelized onions , lettuce, and tomato .

While fish and chicken were so good. The broccolini too

Uncomplicated food done well . The crispy chicken is great. Nice open atmosphere with large windows .

Joshua Boggs

June Thomas

Amazing food, great service. This is the Arctic Char Tartare , served in a Mason jar .

Mike O'Sullivan

Sister restaurant to Little Owl , and one of my favorite spots in NYC. The chicken is incredible.

Mike Winston

If they've got the Roast Suckling Pig special, get it. This is one of the best pork preparation I’ve ever eaten. Read more

Amy Diaz

Great service and generally good food. The corn side, melon salad , and gelato were excellent. The broccoli was over salted and the cheese plate was mediocre.

Follow Foodie

If you come for lunch , try the chicken salad sandwich . The bread that the sandwich comes of is soft and savory, and the salad complements the sandwich nicely.

Charles B

just good, standard American food . menu changes pretty regularly and its a great, reliable place to take folks in from out of town if you want to stick to the west village

Christina Yoo

heard great things in the past so finally tried it. octopus salty &over-softened. carpaccio was gimmicky w/the fries . duck confit okay. short ribs were really good. maybe bc gabe studman left.

New York Habitat

Definitely make a reservation at this European style West Village spot. We recommend the pan roasted chicken and the braised short ribs , yum.

Berk Kapicioglu

I recommend the Braised Colorado Lamb Bread . It's filling and delicious.

Linda T

Amazingly good roast chicken - very juicy with a crispy skin

Nate Beatty

Treat yourself to the outrageously enticing brunch specials and a cocktail (or three).

Paulette Phelps

The beet salad was delicious! Carpaccio was good, but a little too thick for me. The Strawberry and arugula salad was perfect.

Andrew Stephen

Great brunch . Better than Blue Ribbon Bakery around the corner. Delicious food and top notch (and friendly ) service.

Berk Kapicioglu

It looks cute from outside, and it is, but it's also loud and pretentious . It was also packed when I was there.

ᴡ Kogut

Poached chicken salad was amazing and fresh

Bjorn de Carro

True farm to table - Cousy and friendly with very good food

Ben Burton

Biz is the best waitress . She will bring you tea and answer any ridiculous questions you have.

Angela

New favorite for special nights. Branzino , skate , beet salad , corn off the cob were fantastic.

Gina Stabile

Get the cauliflower side dish and the hazelnut cheesecake if available (it's a special) - best cheesecake I've ever had!!
