This place is amazing. Must go with the Shoyu Ramen : soy sauce flavored soup made with Tonkotsu broth, topped with roast pork , bean sprouts , bamboo shoots , scallions , onion and ground pork .
Totally legit ramen , with noodles shipped from Japan. Many options and vegetarian friendly ! Cash only .
The tiny quarters can be a wait, but it's worth your time to grab a bowl at Ren's Ramen. Don't feel like waiting? Ruan Thai in the same shopping center's a solid bet for Thai.[Eater 38 Member]
I had the bakudan ramen . It was awesome and the gyoza was awesome too I would come back here. Yes the parking very minimal.
Miso is the standout, a complex broth whose balance of saltiness, sweetness, and richness compels you to keep slurping. The noodles have the pleasantly chewy texture of all good pasta .
This isn't the Ramen that you lived on in college. Ren's serves fresh noodles with an assortment of flavor. Read more: http://www.cheapism.com/p/cheap-washington-dc-restaurants.mhtml#ixzz2kY8dhDqY

Best ramen in DC . Several vegetarian options with actual vegetarian broth !
Try the Tonshio Ramen And Gyoza - Best ramen since I left Japan. Five noms out of five. (Added wakame seaweed , char siu , and egg to my ramen .)
If the stamina ramen is on the specials board, get it poached egg , garlic in the broth ... eyes-rolling-in-the-back-of-your-head good!
LOVED the miso ramen , with an extra side of noodles . Fantastic takeout .
Best ramen since I left Japan. Get the tonshio ramen with egg , wakame seaweed , and char siu . Wonderful stuff.
Try the Tonshio Ramen - Love this. Just like ramen I used to get when I lived in Japan. Four #noms out of four.
Veggie options ! Go vegan with the miso broth ! :-)
the spicy miso/tonshio ramen with 3 chili pepper symbols is not spicy at all so ask for extra spicy
bakudan miso ramen w extra egg and pork , trust me
Walking here from the metro on a cold, windy day makes the ramen even more satisfying.
Best Japanese ramen in dc area.
Get the corn in your miso broth . So good.
You have to add the egg and fatty pork to the ramen for extra charge, but it's worth it. The soup is really oily though.
Be sure waitress repeats order so meal experience arrives as expected. Food was tasty today and hits the mark. Service was hit-or-miss.
Miso ramen , extra noodle , add an egg .
Impressive Ramen place . Don't pass on the gyoza .
Don't bother with the menu unless you want classic ramen . Otherwise, check the chalkboard specials on the wall.
Try the Bakudan ! Im pretty sure it translates to "spicy soup death". Soooooooo gooooooood!
Delicious. Stamina wasn't spicy enough... going bakudan next time.
Try the Tonshio Ramen - Added a soft boiled egg .
Close every Tuesday on the 2nd and 3rd week of the month.
Cash only but they don't tell you until you sit down and see a menu. Ridiculous for anyplace to be cash only this day and age unless they have something to hide. I walked out.
Really good Ramen
Cash Only and limited parking so come prepared

Great noodles , terrible parking .
Hate this place. Car got towed because management doesn't get along with neighbor. Found hair in food. Waitress with glasses has a bad attitude and was very rude. Overall terrible experience.
Best Ramen in DC metro area!
A little on the salty side, but not bad.
Cash only !
