Technically Einstein's does not sell bagels , they sell bread . A true bagel is boiled in lye or barley malt , Einstein's only bake them. That aside, my favorite is the lox breakfast sandwich .
If you want to come on Wednesdays morning for breakfast be here around eight. It's late start for the kids on CFSD this place gets slammed!
