Beautiful desert/mountain scenery. Take bear Canyon trail to seven falls in July during monsoons and the view is breathtaking. Animals are very active here!

Sham Kulkarni

The Tram ride makes it very easy to enjoy the spectacular views of the canyon. If you have time hike down to the river at stop #8 and have fun in the falls.

Carol Blomstrand

Best time to ride your bike up Sabino Canyon in the summer--really, really early! Like 5am But I went up at 6:30 am today..still cool enough for comfort...71---beautiful, quiet , magical.

Nancy Hill

For those who can only hike short distances, the tram offers on and off stops along the way so you can hike your favorite stretch even if you cannot hike the whole distance.

Braeden

Highly recommend the Phoneline Trail . Go in the morning, when it's cool, and make the descent when it warms up.

The Ritz-Carlton

Sabino Canyon is a dream for wilderness hikers and mountain bikers . There are plenty of creeks, cacti and critters to enjoy (particularly at night) as well trail tram rides every 30 minutes.

Marnee Dearman

Take the tram or walk up so that you get to the top around sunset . Watch as the canyon transforms with the change in light. Gorgeous.

The perfect place to hike , walk, run or ride your bike . It's beautiful here. Amazing landscape. Avoid the parking fees and park close enough to walk, or pay the parking fee and help keep it beautiful

Brittany Kauffman

Hike to seven falls is wonderful in the summertime! Challenging but the final product is oh so refreshing! Sabino Canyon is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts!

Jamie Madden

Please buy an annual pass. It is cheap , only $20 for the year. Please do not park outside and walk in. If you are going to use it, help keep it beautiful and pay the fee to get in.

Carol Blomstrand

Biking one last time up Sabino before I go to New York for a week. Maybe a ride through Central Park ? Sabino Canyon though, always makes me feel like I've reached Nirvana.

Bill Fox

Took the team to the top and hiked back down. Beautiful area. Might get your shoes wet on the way back.

Jen Karr

Take the tram up to the top (current price $8) then walk back down. It's approximately 3.75 miles and a fairly easy walk.

Full Moon hikes are the best, no flashlights necessary. I'm serious, there's nothing quite like it. It's very peaceful .

Julia Mount

it's not too bad of a hike . it's very beautiful and is nice if you're not from Arizona like me

Christina Craig

Go to the last bus stop , veer left past the restrooms , follow the dirt trail , up on the left there is a really cool watering hole with a waterfall !

Watch out for the bugs this time of year (May). There is a large stretch between mile zero and mile one that is infested right now. It's annoying, but would not keep me away from being here.
