Pool is wonderful, but fills to capacity quickly on weekends. If you want to be guaranteed a spot, get there early. Before breakfast early. Actually, same goes for breakfast . Get down there before 8.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was cold when we stayed but the pool area was a step above your average pool amenities with a bar . At night check out the fire pit !

Super A hotel cozy beds. However the resort fee and parking fee took some of the beauty away. Love the lazy river , the pools and Jacuzzis .

One of the best hotels . Great facilities, nice staff , just watch out for the folks trying to sell Disney tickets. It is a timeshare trap.

Incredible service! We mentioned we were here celebrating our Fifth anniversary. we had our valet parking comped, got free asst chocolates and had champagne & berries in room later after dinner .

Love the lazy river , pools & various amentities available for adults & kids. Resort fee is $20 per night which allows free wi-fi & fitness center 24hrs . Prefer more affordable foods

What wonderful service from everyone except one server in the bar , and she's probably been let go. Every single person we dealt with from the parking lady to the restaurant manager rocked!

Was there for a conference and we never left the hotel . The outside pool bar was great and so was the inside (cigar ) bar . Rooms were nice too. Gift shop was over priced.

Friendly staff and very accomdating. Needed a room with three beds and they placed us in a parlor suite for no additional price. This wa s basically two rooms together with lots of open space .

This is my new favorite hotel in Orlando. The rooms are nice, pool is amazing, and great activities like making s'mores in the evening over a fire pit .

The quiet pool is a must. Even if you take just 15 minutes to sit in the sun and relax, it's well worth your time.

Buffet breakfast is worth the $. Spa is awesome, leave enough time to enjoy the facilities after treatments. Concierge is v helpful and is 3/3 for restaurant recos!
