Great resort in Orlando. Lots of pools and fun things to do. Rooms are huge and beds are nice.

Pretty nice hotel ! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. One draw back was, they placed our large group in different buildings in all parts of the resort .

This place was a awesome place to stay! Food was good! Room and staff amazing always free cookies available :)! Had to leave early and it wasn't a problem to extend a hour late check out and leave!

The staff are amazing, & the rooms are kept very clean ! The site is great for hosting small events , & the on-site restaurant has a restaurant.com deal! Nice location, & the amenities are excellent!

Cookies & water @ check in, comp. 1 hr late checkout. Bali style rooms w/ couch , many amenities , only 1 Jacuzzi on family pool until 11pm, no bathtubs or fridge in room. Wouldnt come back Price>Value

I think a lot of these tips refer to the pre-refurb hotel . Room was great, as were the pools, food, staff , and facilities. And free cookies !!

It is hard to give a rate for this place. My room was with very good view to the water, also kitchen with all elements for cooking which is great!! However the cleaning in the rooms are not the best.

The grounds look great. Fitness room is decent. Staff will go out of their way to make your stay a good one. I dig it.

Our Home far from home ! SInce we discovered it(2011) we use to spend some of our summer vacation in this resort ! LOVE this place !

If you are a HHonors Gold or Diamond member you can ask for one of the top 2 floors reserved only for those members. View is excellent while eating warm cookies !

Very nice hotel . Great location specially for events taking place at the convention center . Staff was always friendly and ready to help.

Everyone says to get the free cookies at check-in... That's because they're delicious. So don't argue-- just get a cookie . Worth every calorie-filled bite.

Standard hotel near the amusement. Stayed here for a conference . Clean and comfortable . Housekeeping staff were a bit nosy but otherwise did a great job.

There is a good reason the King 2-room suite has no picture on their web site, it's actually one big room with a sliding partition in the middle.

Their cookies are soooo good! Beautiful rooms, great view and visit the jacuzzi .

Breakfasts here are to kill for. The pancakes and huge and lovely and the freshly cooked omlettes . Hmmmm

The Village Inn is good comfort food and open 24 hours . You can walk there in less than 5 minutes too! ;)

Really loved the three pools that they have, service was pretty decent and the room was pretty nice

You can get cheap rooms here by bidding between $70 and $80 bucks on Priceline in the Sea World area.

We reported this hotel to the Heath dept. Strong mildew and mold smell on the 5th floor. They moved us then moved someone else into that room after knowing if mold issue.

Nice staffs . But for some reason everything smells bad here (water, gym , etc).

The staff is nice, but the rooms are old and worn out. Building 8 has outside doors, what hotel these days has that? Not a great value for the price. Not biz-friendly hotel - charges to park and wifi

Watch out for hidden fees when checking out. I checked my prepared bill that had been sealed in an envelop and saw I was charged for self parking . check in I told them I did not have a car.

The free cookies have nuts in them, so if you're allergic like me, there are no other options.

Friendly staff great location

If you like to sleep past 9am, don't get a room facing the pool. They play loud music from 9am until 11pm and you will not be able to sleep.

Go by the desk and get some cookies ....they are the best!

After the Hideaway closes, ask for putters at the bell hop desk

The tower is nice, noisy rooms from the ducts. Breakfast is bland, coffee is not good. Staff are very friendly . Resort style setup.

Please don't call maintenance and ask them to turn the heat down. If you cant handle it then GET OUT!

You can get a quick queue pass for sea world just for staying here.

Ask the bellman for his favorite place to eat and he'll give you a coupon!

If they could charge u for the room key they would. Keep ur cookies quit charging to park the car!

Instead of waiting for the bus just use the gate in the back of the property for quick access to the park

Way to pricey , price of hotel doesn't include wifi , parking or breakfast . Stay somewhere else for 70% less and get much more. The price you pay to stay here I'd to pay for Nikki and Paris's partying

Old rooms but very good service at the front desk. Smells old around here.
