I got a 2yr Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese block as gift . It's spot on! Exactly what you'd hope for. Sharp great lasting taste, yet still soft enough you can slice full slices w/o it crumbling.

Can't remember the last time I had a sandwich this good. Turkey on wheat, Mousehouse Jack , brown mustard , mayo , lettuce, tomatoes , and pickles . Toasted. Delicious.
