This is a family owned and operated cheese chalet. This business has been in the Ehlenbach family for three generations since 1969. Their cheese is all Wisconsin made. This is also the home of Sissy the Cow, which is a two ton cow standing in front of the building.

This is the absolute Mecca of cheese houses! Tried numerous cheeses and everything was superb. And...they were very accommodating to my 8 year old daughter as well . We will be back!!
10 year cheddar is amazing. Stock up on Spotted Cow beer from New Glarus because you can't get it outside of Wisconsin . It's so good! It gets pretty cold so I'd recommend visiting in the summer!
Awesome selection of cheese , brats , wines , honey , etc. Great prices too!
The salami is addictive! Buy a whole one & let it dry for a month in the fridge . Heaven
Cheese curds , fudge and a small selection of Door County Wine .

Garlic cheese curds were good. VERY expensive though.
Take time to take a pic with the gigantic cow!!!
Mmm. Cheese .
Pass on stopping. Expensive, and an unimpressive selection.
