Good place to shop and get hardware as long as you know what you need. But I will never again pre order a game, they can't deliver on time and hold your money hostage!

I always get insurance on electronics , if you are the type of person who knows it's going to break w/in 3yrs the 10-30% extra is worth getting a new 1 when it breaks.

I was in a wheelchair and needed help getting something that was high up and no one bothered to help or asked it I needed help. I've seen the employees walk away from customers while they were talking

Usually the service in the Mobile department is great, but I had to wait for 20 minutes today, even though there were 2 employees just chatting with each other. Very disappointing!

WORST Best Buy . Being slow and dumb must be a requirement to work there. The manager, Rikio, is a perfect fit because he is just as useless as the staff .

Bestbuy sucks. My suggestion is to purchase your things elsewhere like amazon and save money. Just use bestbuy to demo products.

Wow, customer service doesn't exist at this location. People are too busy talking to each other or avoiding work. Groups of 4 or 5 associates laughing, yet ignoring customers.
