Awesome customer service. When going in to buy something its never taken more than a couple minutes.
If at all possible, ALWAYS book a reservation with the Genius Bar before coming in. It will save a lot of frustration.
Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment ahead of time on apples website before getting upset with the person checking you in for your device issues.
Don't forget to pick up screen protectors for your iDevices!

For some reason this apple store puts the product on the floor to see and not leave them in the back like bayshore. Go figure. What a novel idea. -__-
